Welcome to OpenSpace Therapy
Supporting your wellbeing, independence, and quality of life. We provide tailored NDIS Behaviour Support services designed to help you live the life you choose.


 About Us

At OpenSpace Therapy, we believe in creating safe, open, and inclusive spaces where people feel supported, heard, and empowered. Our experienced NDIS staff and behaviour practitioners work with you, your family, and your support network to build meaningful strategies that improve daily life.

Our Services

We provide the following NDIS services:

  • Daily living tasks , community participation

We work with people of all ages and abilities across in-home, community, and telehealth settings.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy matters to us. We follow strict confidentiality guidelines under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and NDIS Practice Standards to protect your personal and health information.

 Complaints & Feedback

We value your feedback and believe it helps us improve. If you’re happy, tell us. If not, let us know. All feedback is welcome and handled confidentially.

Incident Management

We take safety seriously. Any incidents that could harm a participant’s safety, rights, or wellbeing are reported, reviewed, and addressed in line with NDIS requirements.


 Participant Rights & Responsibilities

We respect your rights to choice, dignity, and privacy. You have the right to safe, inclusive, and high-quality services.

We’ll work together to make sure your goals, needs, and preferences are heard and respected.

Before we start, we’ll provide a Service Agreement outlining:

  • Services you’ll receive
     
  • Fees and billing details
     
  • Cancellation terms
     
  • How we manage your information
     
  • How to give feedback or make changes
